1. Use of Service

1.1 Permitted Use

You may use PriceToday to:

• View live gold and silver rates for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the purchase calculator for personal estimates
• Subscribe to WhatsApp alerts for personal use
• Read educational content and buying guides

1.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Scrape, crawl, or automated download of data (use our API instead)
• Republish our rates on other websites without permission
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Impersonate PriceToday or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Resell our WhatsApp alert service to third parties

2. Pricing Information Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All rates displayed on PriceToday are indicative and for reference only.

• Rates are sourced from IBJA but may vary by city, jeweller, and exact purity
• Making charges are estimates — actual charges vary widely (8-25%)
• We are not responsible for discrepancies between our rates and what jewellers quote
• Always verify prices with your jeweller before making a purchase
• We are not a jeweller or bullion dealer — we do not sell gold or silver

PriceToday provides information, not financial or investment advice.

3. WhatsApp Alerts Subscription

3.1 Service Details

• Price: ₹99 per month (subject to change with 30 days notice)
• Billing: Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Delivery: Alerts sent via WhatsApp once daily + when target prices hit

3.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months or unused alerts
• If we fail to deliver alerts due to technical issues, we'll provide a pro-rated credit

3.3 Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp alerts may be delayed or unavailable due to:

• WhatsApp API downtime
• Your phone being offline or blocked our number
• Technical maintenance
• Force majeure events

4. Intellectual Property

All content on PriceToday (text, design, graphics, code) is owned by PriceToday or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy or republish content without permission
• Use our branding, logo, or name without authorization
• Reverse engineer our website or calculator logic

Brief quotes or screenshots for personal/educational use are allowed with attribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PriceToday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on our rates
• We are not responsible for investment decisions you make based on our information
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

You use PriceToday at your own risk. We are an informational service, not financial advisors.

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features without notice
• Change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Update these Terms of Service at any time

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our systems or staff

You may terminate your account anytime by cancelling your subscription and emailing us.
